LEADING PROJECTS
- Leaders of the European Erasmus+ KA2 WAMDIA project (2017-1-ES01-KA202-038673), We All Make Digital Information Available on digital accessibility: 2017-2019. This project extends the ESVIAL European project, which developed digital accessibility in virtual education in Latin America.
- Cooperation with Doc-It as experts to help them in their contract with CFTIC-CAM (Dirección General de Formación de la Consejería de Economía, Empleo y Competitividad) during 2020: tasks included identifying and solving document accessibility problems, elaborating training guidelines for solving accessibility problemd, web accessibility analysis, and design and implementation of an online course with motivational videos for the awareness campaign.
- Analysis of web pages of CEPIS (Council of European Professional Informatics Societies) and ITPE (IT Professionalism Europe) as well as their newsletters by e-mail to detect digital accessibility problems (2021): link to the article.
- Consultancy to be compliant with digital accessibility standard EN 301-549 for CEPIS website (link to the article).
- Minor contract in 2021 with the Spanish Ministry of Finances for accessibility of documents of the D.G. Patrimonio and training of the content and document management staff.
- Minor contract in 2021 with the Spanish Ministry of Finance for accessibility of complex reports with recovery of non-editable elements.
- Minor contract in 2022 with the Spanish Ministry of Finance for to elaborate accessible templates in Word.
- Minor contract in 2022 with the Spanish Ministry of Finance for staff training and accessibility of reports in Word, PDF and Excel.
- Minor contract in 2023 with the Spanish Ministry of Finance for training in accessibility in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minor contract in 2023 with the Spanish Ministry of Finance for consultancy and accessibility of reports in Word, PDF and Excel.
- Member, since 2023, of the Advisory Board of AccessibleEU, the official EU centre for accessibility.
- Minor contract in 2024 with the Spanish Ministry of Finance for consultancy and accessibility of reports in PDF.
PARTICIPATION IN EUROPEAN PROJECTS SPECIFICALLY FOCUSED ON DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY ACTIONS
- GreenCo – GREEN Computing App and Mooc for awareness-raising on digital pollution. Project results link. Development of an accessible gamified application. Link to the application.
- VELA – VET Empowerment through innovative and inclusive Learning Approaches”. Project results link. Learning module related to digital accessibility has been developed. Also UAH team was leading to provide guideliness for the partners to develop all the contents for this project considering digital accessibility principles.
- NutriwellB. Project website link. UAH team was leading to provide guideliness for the partners to develop all the contents for this project considering digital accessibility principles, as well to implement an accessible Moodle Platform.

- Second edition of workshop organized by municipality of Oviedo on 28th September 2021: “Elaboración de Documentación Accesible en la Administración Local”. Presentation on digital accessibility for documents in collaboration with Fundación TAC.
- Online course in English on “Digital accessibility for Everybody” (9.5 hours) in collaboration with Fundación TAC within Digital Skills Bootcamp 2021 organized by eSkills Malta Foundation, 5th to 7th July 2021: 29 attendants, audience satisfaction 3.5 in scale 1 to 4.
